To ensure his mother's happiness before the surgery, the doctor speaks with Vishwanath about compatibility and emotional well-being. Vishwanath finally gives in, thinking there is no harm in trying for his mother's happiness. They get married, develop a wonderful bond, and become deeply attached to one another.
Return From Abroad and the Secret Heir
Suddenly, one day, he returns from abroad with a child in his arms. The entire media arrives to see the baby, wondering whose child it really is. Questions are raised about his wife. When he goes to his mother, the long-awaited heir is finally standing right in front of her. The son had married exactly as she wished. Although she is initially upset about the secrecy, her happiness knows no bounds upon seeing the baby.
The Child's Illness and the Hunt for the Mother
The real problem begins now. Out of nowhere, the child's health takes a turn for the worse, and the baby begins vomiting blood. Utterly displeased with this discovery and this alliance, he strongly opposes the marriage.

उसकी मां की बस एक इच्छा थी कि वह अपनी जिंदगी के आखिरी पड़ाव अपने पोते को गोद में खिलाना चाहती है और उसका एक बच्चा हो जाए तो उनकी जिंदगी पूरी हो जाएगी जो शादी के लिए बिल्कुल तैयार हो जाता है तभी उसकी मां की तबीयत खराब हो जाती है अस्पताल में चेकअप में बताते हैं की इनके हार्ट में प्रॉब्लम है और साथ उनका बीपी भी अधिक है इसलिए डॉक्टर उनकी सर्जरी की तैयारी शुरू कर देते हैं लेकिन डॉक्टर घर पर भी समझते हैं।
बेटे की शादी हो जाएगी तभी डॉक्टर विश्वनाथ से कहता है कि देखिए कंपैटिबिलिटी हो सकती है और विश्वनाथ भी आखिरकार मान जाता है कि मां की खुशी के लिए एक बार कोशिश करने में कोई हर्ज नहीं है। उनकी फिर शादी हो जाती है दोनों के बीच अच्छी बॉन्डिंग हो जाती है और दोनों एक दूसरे की काफी अटैच हो जाते हैं।
